R&R Recovery
Located in Huntington Beach, California, R&R Recovery adopts a holistic approach to addiction treatment. Acknowledging that treatment isn’t a one-size-fits-all model, their team tailors individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and strengths, aiming to minimize the risk of relapse. Treatment plans may incorporate evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). Additionally, holistic therapies such as art therapy, music therapy, mindfulness, and experiential therapy may be utilized.
Program Offerings
R&R Recovery provides outpatient services, offering a range of program options including a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and extended care program. The extended care program spans 12 weeks and consists of three phases, designed to facilitate the development of healthy coping mechanisms as clients transition from treatment back into society. Throughout the program, clients enhance their recovery foundation and acquire social and professional skills with the guidance of counselors, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals.
