A Personal Counsellor
The 90-day program encompasses a wide range of services based on the biopsychosocial model and is complemented with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and 12-Step philosophy. Clients engage in introspective writing and participate in motivational interviewing. Each client is assigned a dedicated counselor and support worker. Group therapy is conducted 6 days per week and includes drug and alcohol education.
Vegetarian Cuisine
Adult women and young adult women are housed separately in a quiet residential neighborhood. The homes are cozy and fully-furnished with comfortable, spacious living areas. Five vegetarian meals are provided daily using organic, fresh ingredients. Since 1991, Westminster House has been committed to helping women find freedom from addiction.
