The Meadows Outpatient Center tackles addiction, trauma, mental health, and co-occurring issues through an eight-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Meadows Model features **Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)**, group therapy, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), **12-Step principles**, and a wellness component. This program offers 15 to 20 hours of on-site services each week, with both day and evening options available.
