Their one-year program consists of 30 days of residential treatment followed by 11 months of ongoing care. The program is tailored to individual needs and is led by a team of certified addiction counselors, a naturopathic doctor, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, registered dietician, certified fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and chef.

It includes individual and group therapy, educational lectures, exercise and relaxation therapy, peer support groups, and family and couples counseling.
