Using an Integrative Model of Care, Mountainside guides clients through each stage of recovery with personalized treatment plans that address their unique mind, body, and spirit. Treatment options may include individual and group counseling sessions, 12-Step facilitation programs, anger management classes, acupuncture sessions for holistic healing practices such as adventure therapy or expressive therapy like therapeutic art and writing workshops. Mountainside understands the importance of having a strong support system for long-term recovery and works closely with clients’ families to provide education about addiction and support services.

Mountainside is proud to hold a 3.7 ASAM certification along with dual accreditation from CARF International and The Joint Commission – making it one of only seven addiction treatment facilities in the country to achieve this distinction.
