I can’t imagine why this has bad reviews…the willows was loving, inclusive, personalized, and caring. the staff want to form bonds with you. the house is comfortable and makes it easy to socialize and make friends. my strongest bonds have been made here. Only improvement would be racial diversity among the staff. Loved it here.

My experience as both a client and a staff member has been life changing. The women that come through this program are the strongest I’ve ever met and they continue to inspire me everyday.
I could not recommend The Willows enough to any person needing or seeking treatment. I originally sought treatment because my life was falling apart and I was scared and wanted to figure out how to fix it because I didn’t know how. In the process of my stay I learned how to start rebuilding my life, but more importantly I learned how to live. And I intentionally don’t say that I learned ‘how to live again”. I learned how to live truly for the first time. The Willows not only saved my life, it gave me a life.
We can’t say enough about the professionalism and expert care our daughter received at The Willows. For any family dealing with the terrifying circumstances of addiction and mental illness of a loved one, there is hope at The Willows. Not only was our daughter treated with individualized expert care, but our family was supported through the most difficult time with their skillfully delivered services.
I went to The Willows living on sheer survival mode. I was exhausted and at wits end with how my life was going. Trauma, negative coping skills and a lack of hope brought me to The Willows. The ability to take a deep breath, take things slower and believe my truth is what I left with. I am eternally grateful The Willows is apart of my journey.
The Willows has changed my life forever, along with the people, the staff and the therapist I had there. I was at a point of no return, so I thought, but The Willows gave me my life back, gave me a future and gave me something to look forward to every day. Their extensive program provided me with the hope that I can recover. The dedicated staff & therapists were there to help me every step of the way.
