Wellbrook Recovery
Wellbrook Recovery Center offers a unique experience and a full continuum of care to adult men and women in their state-of-the-art treatment facility for drug addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. They offer personally tailored treatment with inpatient detox services, residential longer-term care, and outpatient services with a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP).
Comprehensive Care
Wellbrook’s detox program aims to help those hooked on **substances**, especially **opioids and heroin**. As the first step, round-the-clock medical care is provided by kind and seasoned experts in a comfy, safe setting. Custom treatment plans are crafted, considering how bad the addiction is, the drug involved, and any other mental health issues. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available for those who need it. Behavioral therapy, which includes one-on-one and group sessions, tackles the root problems leading to substance abuse.
Their residential inpatient treatment program offers a supportive and structured environment where clients participate in evidence-based methods such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and holistic activities such as yoga and art therapy. Clients participate in regular 1:1 therapy with a licensed professional in addition to peer-focused group sessions.
Specializing in dual-diagnosis treatment, Wellbrook works with individuals struggling with addictions to substances such as alcohol, heroin and opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, and prescription medications such as benzodiazepines, Adderall, and sedatives. Co-occurring disorders treated include depression, anxiety, and trauma. Individuals receiving treatment for co-occurring mental health are provided with psychotherapy and education, peer support, holistic therapies, and therapy and additional resources for family members.
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides residential clients with the ability to continue their personally tailored treatment on an outpatient basis. Their outpatient programs offer flexibility, continued group and individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and aftercare planning.
Aftercare Program
Wellbrook Recovery Center offers a robust aftercare program available to offer continued and ongoing support. The benefits of their aftercare program include continued therapy, life skills training and development, 12-step or alternative support groups, holistic activities, and ongoing family support.
Their alumni program allows former clients to connect with like-minded peers in recovery and share experiences and support. Alumni can also participate in outreach programs or serve as mentors to those who are newly transitioning from their treatment program.
