Twin Branch

Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery is a specialized residential treatment program exclusively for women located in Virginia’s historic Northern Neck. It offers a serene and secluded environment conducive to recovery, accommodating up to 24 adult women. The program ensures round-the-clock medical and support care, personalized treatment plans, and post-treatment care based on individual assessments.

This program features a curriculum tailored specifically for women, incorporating various therapies aimed at addressing addiction and chemical dependencies. Evidence-based practices and medically assisted treatment (MAT) are available, with daily evaluations conducted during the residential program. Physical activities, both indoors and outdoors, are integrated into treatment plans to promote mental and physical well-being.

Twin Branch’s treatment programs include opportunities for exercise, nutrition, life skills development, and overall wellness, complemented by a discharge care plan. The program’s objective is to equip each woman with the necessary tools to maintain sobriety and wellness throughout life. Situated on a 30-acre campus, Twin Branch offers a sanctuary free from everyday distractions.
