Turnbridge **creates** a special program just for **young folks** struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Their path to recovery **moves through** three clear stages.

In Phase 1, clients focus on acclimating to their new environment, establishing connections with peers and counselors, and engaging in a structured daily schedule. This includes activities aimed at life skills development, therapeutic journaling, education, and leisure. They also receive individual sessions, daily case management, group therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and attend 12-Step meetings.

Phase 2 emphasizes educational, employment, and volunteer counseling, with academic advisors and case managers assisting clients in identifying their passions and career aspirations. Here, clients put their acquired life skills into practice.

Phase 3 signifies revitalization, where clients actively apply what they’ve learned and embrace a new sober lifestyle with increased independence. They may engage in in-person classes and social activities during this phase.

Turnbridge’s residences and facilities are situated in New Haven, Connecticut, offering various housing options tailored to each phase, from serene residential neighborhoods to downtown areas. These houses feature colonial-style furnishings and upscale amenities, fostering a sense of community and tranquility.

Recreation is prioritized at Turnbridge, with activities ranging from skiing, snowboarding, and white water rafting to beach excursions, paintball, team sports, camping trips, and fitness activities. All meals provided are nutritious and contribute to overall wellness.

The program, spanning 28 days, is attuned to the needs of young adults, offering premium care delivered by a highly qualified staff in beautiful facilities. Turnbridge operates on a private-pay basis and offers no-interest financing options for clients enrolled in their sober living program.
