I had a transformative experience at The Arrow House. The staff was incredibly supportive, and the therapy sessions were both insightful and effective. The environment is peaceful and conducive to healing. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Thanks to The Arrow House, I’m now on a clear path to recovery and a brighter future.
My daughter gained 23 lbs in 33 days at this facility. Expressing our concerns with the psychiatrist about her eating disorder, I’M SHOCKED THEY LET THIS HAPPEN!!!
So far, not a great experience for my daughter. Expensive and ineffective in her treatment. They were confident they could help her yet there hasn’t been much improvement. They’ve changed many of her medications at one time so I’m hesitant to say anything good about the place.
Safe and peaceful place to heal the mind, body and spirit. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. 5star food. World class staff that understands what it means to recover. I recommend Arrow House for parents that need expert care for their loved ones.
My son was at Arrow house and I can’t say enough about the help and support we received. Our family grew and changed some much during our 90 day stay. Mike my sons personal Therpist helped him grow in ways I can’t even begin to explain and Sarah our family therpsit was so supportive, always available and amazing during our difficult time. The parents group on Saturdays was so supportive and helpful. The staff as a whole was amazing. The house was clean, the food was wonderful, the outings fun. I can’t say enough positive things about the Arrow house.
My son’s 3rd RTC in the past year and the only one who has directly addressed substance abuse disorder, which was exactly what he needed. Courtney in admissions is top notch and I am so thankful for her help in getting my son the care we desperately needed. Of course the facility isn’t perfect but their staff is very dedicated & caring. Management truly cares about the success of their clients and it doesn’t seem to be just about billing insurance. I am hopeful for my son and our family again. THANK YOU Arrow House!
I had sent my 17 year old son to another residential treatment center 5 years ago, and it was a nightmare that only added to his existing trauma. My son is bipolar, alcoholic, and was completely out of control by July of this year. I had contacted the Arrow House in April so I had all the info on standby as I saw things spiraling out of control. When we ended up in the hospital at the end of June, I knew I had to get him in. I was so relieved they were able to get him in immediately. After 3 months in the Arrow House, he came home mentally stable and sober. Everyone there was amazing, and really care about the kids and families. This place was an answer to prayer.
I highly recommend The Arrow House. From the moment my daughter and I walked through the door they were kind and assuring everything would be okay. They work hard to make it a supportive environment that fosters the best version of yourself. They let my daughter be creative and find her own emotional outlets rather than forcing a specific type of therapy on her . They introduced her to many different forms of therapy including breath work which she still uses today. Thanks to the school at the Arrow House, she was able to graduate high school and is now in college living independently with the same skills she used at the Arrow House. The Arrow House continues to reach out and offer resources and alumni meetings.
Emily and her staff were amazing to work with. We did a big painting project at the Arrow House. The facility was really nice and well maintained. They take a lot of pride in their facility and their commitment to working with others.
I love what Arrow has done for my family and I, I was here from February to June of 2023 and since then I’ve achieved a year of sobriety. The staff really cared about me and were always willing to help. I’ve made so many great connections since I’ve been there, can’t recommend Arrow enough!!
