The Robert Alexander Center for Recovery (RAC) delivers comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to redefine the addiction treatment experience. Nestled on 10 acres of picturesque countryside in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, one of the safest cities in the state, RAC provides a serene and secure environment for individuals to commence their healing journey. Their mission is straightforward yet fervent: to make a lasting impact on those grappling with addiction in Kentucky and beyond.
Expertly Supervised Detoxification
At RAC, clients undergo detox as needed under the expert supervision and care of clinical professionals. A dedicated team of nurses and doctoral staff ensures clients’ comfort and safety throughout the detox process. The facility offers comfortable living quarters, housekeeping services, TVs, and daily individual counseling to enhance the overall comfort of clients. Following detox, clients engage in one-on-one counseling sessions three times a week, along with six hours of group therapy each day, facilitating immediate and profound immersion in healing and support.
Customized Treatment Plans
RAC designs personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, eschewing a one-size-fits-all approach. By addressing the root cause of addiction in each individual, they effectively tailor therapy. RAC offers an array of evidence-based and holistic therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12-Step facilitation, family counseling, art and music therapy, and neurofeedback.
