Pennsylvania Recovery Center
Situated just 30 minutes west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Recovery Center provides outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs catering to men and women facing drug and alcohol addiction. The center also offers medication-assisted therapy (MAT).
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Pennsylvania Recovery Center’s PHP is the most rigorous outpatient program, meeting five days a week for six hours each day. Primarily group-based, it incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art therapy, and mindfulness therapy. Typically lasting 4-6 weeks, transitioning to intensive outpatient (IOP) is often advised.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Clients in IOP engage in group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy, attending 9-15 hours weekly based on addiction severity. Offering flexibility for daily commitments, including work and leisure activities, IOP provides structured treatment with day and evening options. Encouragement for involvement in 12-Step programs like Narcotics Anonymous or Alcoholic Anonymous is provided, alongside exposure to alternative recovery paths like SMART Recovery and Refuge Recovery.
Outpatient Program
Outpatient treatment comprises 1-2 weekly groups led by licensed clinicians, covering topics such as triggers, self-care, depression management, and anxiety reduction.
Pennsylvania Recovery Center accepts most insurance providers and holds LegitScript certification.
