They specialize in aftercare, nature immersion, and wellness activities, excluding detox or primary addiction care.

Pathways of Hope introduces a unique extended care program dubbed 7-7-7*, spanning 7 weeks across 7 different locations in Ecuador. Guided by the 12-Steps and inspired by the Minnesota/Hazelden model, this limited-capacity program fosters profound spiritual and emotional growth. Guests benefit from culinary expertise and guided exercise coaching amidst luxurious accommodations and picturesque surroundings. At one location, an encounter with an Otavalo shaman adds a spiritual dimension, connecting guests with sacred sites and inner spirituality. Each week blends teachings with recreational activities, offering a holistic experience.
