Oregon Trail Recovery offers a comprehensive array of services for individuals struggling with substance use disorder, including medical detox, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), transitional living, and gender-specific sober living homes. Their treatment approach is guided by 12-Step facilitation and incorporates a step-down method, with an average treatment duration of 90 days. Clients engage in weekly individual therapy and at least 10 hours of group therapy per week, focusing on individualized goal planning, relapse prevention, trigger identification, coping and life skills development, and attendance of 6 AA meetings weekly. Additionally, clients must secure a sponsor and undergo weekly drug testing. Therapeutic modalities encompass Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), problem-solving techniques, Family Systems therapy, and life skills training. Adventure therapy and experiential therapies, including nature outings, hiking, museum visits, meditation, and mindfulness, are also integrated into the program. Oregon Trail Recovery provides comfortable gender-specific sober living housing in Milwaukie, Oregon, featuring fully furnished double occupancy bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, WiFi, a computer room, and onsite laundry facilities.
