Olympia House
Located just above San Francisco, Olympia House assists individuals battling addiction. Their services include personalized psychotherapy, one-on-one counseling for substance abuse, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and various peer support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), LifeRing, Refuge Recovery, and SMART Recovery. Olympia House is committed to doing “whatever it takes” to aid clients in achieving sobriety and leading fulfilling lives. They tailor recovery plans to each person, incorporating the latest evidence-based treatments that address biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects.
Situated in West Sonoma County, Olympia House is a 32-bed residential facility on 140 acres of picturesque farmland. The serene surroundings feature scenic views, tranquil walking paths, and wildlife habitats. Residents have the option of private or shared bedrooms and enjoy delicious meals and snacks prepared by in-house chefs, with vegetarian and vegan choices available. Olympia House offers a range of therapeutic activities such as yoga, tai chi, art, music, and community gardening. Recreational options, exercise programs, meditation sessions, and various types of therapy—individual, family, and group—are aimed at rebuilding self-esteem. Accredited by CARF, a member of the NAATP, and LegitScript certified, Olympia House accepts most private insurance plans.
