Since 1971, Odyssey House of Utah has been a non-profit substance abuse program offering specialized care for individuals and families, addressing addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns across multiple locations.
Integrated Mental Health and Medical Care
At the Martindale Clinic, Odyssey House provides medical services, care coordination, and medication-assisted treatment, including specialized care for Hepatitis C.
Harm Reduction Services
Since 2021, the Martindale Clinic has offered harm reduction services, distributing free public health supplies like naloxone, syringe exchange, and fentanyl test strips to the community, alongside routine and preventative medical care, STD screenings, and contraception services.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Martindale providers offer screening, treatment, and medication management for mental health conditions, including medication-assisted treatment to manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Vivitrol injections are available as a non-addictive option for individuals with opiate or alcohol dependencies.

As Utah’s largest comprehensive addiction program, Odyssey House prioritizes accessibility to treatment, offering low-cost, quality services accepted by Medicaid and major insurance providers. Accredited by the Joint Commission, they strive to empower individuals on their path to recovery.
