NoHo Recovery
NoHo Recovery, a non-profit outpatient rehab facility, provides personally tailored treatment plans and a world-class treatment process for adults with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Their holistic program addresses various aspects contributing to addiction, including environmental, lifestyle, health, educational, and psychological factors, emphasizing passion and creativity as keys to success in recovery.
Outpatient Treatment Programs
NoHo offers a range of outpatient programs, including outpatient detox, sober living, and aftercare. Their partial hospitalization program (PHP) is the most intensive, providing full-time therapeutic treatment attended at least 5 days a week. PHP includes structured therapy sessions, access to health and wellness counseling, and experiential therapies like art therapy and yoga. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers treatment 3-5 days a week, serving as a step-down from PHP. NoHo also offers a nighttime IOP option for individuals with daytime responsibilities. Their outpatient program (OP) provides transitional support with group and individual therapy sessions, specialized case management, and opportunities for alumni involvement.
Additionally, NoHo offers independent sober living and outpatient detox programs, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) detox supervised by physicians.
Innovative Treatment Options
NoHo Recovery incorporates innovative approaches such as esketamine-assisted treatment, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy, virtual reality therapy, neurofeedback, brain mapping, and both 12-step and non-12-step treatment options to address addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. They are a dual-diagnosis treatment facility and accept most major insurance plans.
