The whole person approach includes nutritious, tasty food, neurofeedback to rewire the brain, and a bio-sound lounge to calm the body and mind. Maple Mountain provides personalized plans tailored to each individual’s journey and circumstances.

Maple Mountain has two locations in Utah. The residential facility is at the base of the Wasatch mountains, and the outpatient facility in Provo offers flexible, trauma-informed treatment. The elegant residential facility features a dry sauna, theater room, and exercise studio, among other amenities.
