This co-ed facility can accommodate 32 clients in a beautifully renovated historic hotel. The serene location of Abita Springs provides a peaceful environment for healing. The Southern charm is evident in the comfortable rooms with shared bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Clients also have access to a yoga center, a pool, a coffee bar, and a restaurant on-site.
Longbranch Recovery and Wellness utilizes a combination of proven treatment methods. Their program incorporates the 12-step philosophy and SMART recovery principles. Clients with dual diagnoses receive medication management services along with daily individual therapy sessions. Treatment approaches include The Minnesota Model, DBT, ACT, experiential therapy, REBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
Joint Commission-accredited, Longbranch Recovery and Wellness accepts most major insurances. Assessments are required for admission. If a detox is needed, clients are referred to Covington Behavioral before starting treatment.
