At Legacy Recovery Center, therapy is provided by masters-level therapists who specialize in treating mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma. With two clinical psychiatrists overseeing operations, the center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders, including alcohol and drug addictions. Clients transitioning from detox facilities have their medications reviewed and updated as necessary.
Diverse Therapeutic Approaches
Clients at Legacy Recovery Center benefit from a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). Trauma-specific therapies like prolonged exposure therapy (PE), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and eye movement therapy (EMDR) are also available.
