La Selva Group, affiliated with Momentum for Health, has served the Bay Area since 1979. With CARF accreditation, they provide residential, transitional living, and outpatient services. Weekly individual therapy sessions with licensed therapists, family therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) are standard. Clients in residential or transitional living also attend outpatient therapy sessions nearby. Group activities foster community engagement and therapeutic environments.
