**Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery** is a special place just for women nestled in the historic Northern Neck of Virginia. Imagine a peaceful, private spot where **24 adult women** can stay and focus on getting better. This program provides 24/7 medical and support care, creates customized treatment plans, and offers follow-up care based on what each person needs.

This program features a curriculum tailored specifically for women, incorporating various therapies aimed at addressing addiction and chemical dependencies. Evidence-based practices and medically assisted treatment (MAT) are available, with daily evaluations conducted during the residential program. Physical activities, both indoors and outdoors, are integrated into treatment plans to promote mental and physical well-being.

Twin Branch’s treatment programs include opportunities for exercise, nutrition, life skills development, and overall wellness, complemented by a discharge care plan. The program’s objective is to equip each woman with the necessary tools to maintain sobriety and wellness throughout life. Situated on a 30-acre campus, Twin Branch offers a sanctuary free from everyday distractions.
