Time Wellness Georgia offers **outpatient services** using proven therapies to treat mental health disorders for both adults and teens. There are three levels of outpatient care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a regular outpatient program. There’s even a special evening IOP just for teens aged 13-17.
At Time Wellness, we appoint a various array of healing modalities to help our clients, together with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), biofeedback, yoga, song therapy, art therapy, and purple light remedy. Through those interventions and greater, our intention is to help customers in growing effective communique abilities, building shallowness, and acquiring new coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
