My experience here was outstanding. The therapists were compassionate, and the programs were very effective. I saw significant improvements in my mental health, and the support I received was invaluable. Highly recommend this facility.
From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. The environment was calm and inviting, and the staff were knowledgeable and caring. My daughter made incredible progress, and we are thankful for the personalized attention she received.
The team here truly cares about their patients. My husband received the best possible care and support, which made a huge difference in his recovery. The facility is clean, and the staff are professional and kind.
“This place was a lifesaver for our family. The compassionate staff and effective treatment plans helped my son navigate his challenges. He left feeling more confident and equipped to handle his emotions. We couldn’t be happier with the progress he made.”
I am grateful for the comprehensive care my daughter received here. The therapists were attentive, and the program was well-structured. She felt understood and supported throughout her stay, making a significant positive change in her mental health.
PrairieCare Maplewood provided exceptional care for my brother. The staff were incredibly supportive, and the treatment plan was tailored to his needs. We saw remarkable improvements, and the environment was welcoming and safe. Highly recommend!
Good doctor, therapist was amazing, nurses and techs were good. It’s very difficult to get in anywhere to get adolescent mental health care services. They didn’t have a waiting list and took my child right away. Don’t let the other reviews deter you. We had a pretty good experience and they helped us when everywhere else had waiting lists months long. We are grateful for the services PrairieCare provides. I gave it 4 stars because the professionals we interacted with were great and you could tell most really cared, but care management was non-existent. There was zero communication from our social worker. Nothing was done on that end. It’s frustrating as a parent trying to navigate the system alone. It really would have helped immensely if there was more follow through.
All staff was caring and helpful. They consulted us as parents when needed and involved us in our child’s care. My child liked going to PHP and was grateful for the help and skills she learned there. We would highly recommend this day program to all teens who need some extra coping skills.
First mental hospital I went to and it was awesome they had these markers called ohuhu alcohol markers and they were the best markers I’ve ever used they were so smooth and the food we had was amazing there were black cooks so the food was 10x better and my favorite staff members are Caitlyn and kenady
It was nice being there, because the staff was really nice and supportive, and the kids were funny and nice too. I didn’t like all of the kids there but some of them cheered me up. I liked their markers and i miss the techs and other kids. My last day was yesterday so we got to do a goodbye group, and it was good being there. Because i learned so much there, and got to work on skills and learn alot. I did well there before discharging. I miss the kids there and Warren, he brought the snacks and was funny. I miss taylor, alayna, jasmine, adam, charlie, Nate, nicole, brooklyn. If i went there again i would
